Salmon with Dill Sauce

I have to run away from my kids for 5 min and still be productive... so I decided to blog this amazing sauce to put over salmon! It's 10 star!

While you are cooking your salmon... grill, oven or pan... make this sauce to pour over it.

In a small bowl combine the following:

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon honey dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon honey (or 2 tablespoon if you are using regular dijon-style mustard)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon white-wine vinegar

whisk until blended.

Stir in the following:

3 tablespoons fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Spread over cooked salmon! And be generous! It's delicious!

SERVE WITH FAVORITE VEGGIES ON SIDE - I love the frozen french style green beans from Trader Joes.

ENJOY!!!

  1. I would try it but we don't eat fish in this house! Just a personal preference! I love shrimp and that's about it.
