Can I scream now!?!?!?

First thing first. Good news: We have an interest only loan (thank goodness) on our house. Low payments are great. Bad news: I just found out that the interest only loan we have on our second loan (the smaller one - another thank goodness) is going to expire in July of 2010... which means there is going to be a BIG change in our payment and that's NOT GOOD! Especially when we have a new car payment coming that is going to be 3 times larger than the one we have already! Good news: Our larger loan is on interest only and it expires in July of 2015! Whew! We have some time to get out of here! If those things are going to change anyway we may as well get into a different home. I'm glad I called and found out or we would have had a nice surprise come this July! But still. I feel like screaming and crying. Somehow things will work out... right?
